Many clients want to circulate the draft for approval within their organisation, and some take wider soundings. You (if you are a lawyer) or your lawyers should vet it to ensure that it satisfies the legal and other requirements of your or your client's business. You can then ask me to revise the draft accordingly.
All but the simplest documents should be tested before use. Although thorough testing can be time-consuming and expensive, you can conduct some simple tests yourself. I can advise about this, and if appropriate recommend experienced testers.
I will of course keep your documents confidential, but to preserve your own client-confidentiality you may need to change sensitive details before sending them to me.
